Yoga Club
Miss Hill, a registered yoga teacher, will introduce the children to yoga. They will learn exciting poses like Tree, Cat-Caw, and Starfish, practise calming breathing exercises to feel relaxed and focused, and use their imaginations with storytelling, games, and movement. Each session will end with a magical relaxation. No experience is needed - just bring a smile and a willingness to have fun
