Ukulele Club

The Ukulele is a small, four-stringed guitar that has become incredibly popular in schools in recent years. It allows children to develop a skill set that comes with learning any instrument, but its size, weight, and unique appearance make it easier and more appealing. Learning an instrument helps to develop a whole host of skills, including coordination, self-discipline, patience, and composure.

Beginners Club: Perfect for anyone just starting out! In each session, we cover the basics of strumming, easy chord shapes, and how to read simple rhythmic notation. You’ll also learn to play along with others, building confidence and musical skills in a relaxed, supportive group setting. No prior experience needed—just bring your uke and your enthusiasm! Ukuleles can also be provided if needed.

Band Club: Perfect for anyone who already knows the basics and is ready to build on their ukulele skills. We explore more challenging chords, improve strumming techniques and develop musical timing through rhythm games and group playing. They will gain confidence as they learn to play songs together and work towards mini performances in a supportive and creative environment.
