Mindful Movement and Wellbeing Club
This club is open to children in Years 3 and 4, with a maximum of 10 places to ensure a calm, supportive environment where each child feels seen and supported.
The sessions will be playful, inclusive and suitable for all abilities. Activities will include:
Mindful movement (similar to yoga)
Simple tools and techniques to help settle the nervous system
Relaxation and short guided meditations
Activities to build confidence, self-awareness and emotional resilience
The club aims to give children practical tools they can use both in school and at home to support wellbeing, emotional regulation and resilience, while also having fun and enjoying movement.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
