Year 6 Visit Stockport Air Raid Shelters
Year 6 enjoyed a fantastic day at the air raid shelters in Stockport. Dressed as evacuees, we explored the real tunnels, learned how to put on a gas mask, sang authentic songs to boost morale, carried out household chores, and learned how to survive a night in the shelters. A fascinating and informative trip! Many thanks to the mums who accompanied us on this trip.
