Year 6 Community Action at Halecroft Grange Care Home
Year 6 enjoyed a lovely afternoon visiting the residents at Halecroft Grange Care Home, sharing smiles, stories and friendly competition over a selection of board games. A wonderful opportunity to connect with different generations and make a positive difference in our local community.
