The girls' football league kicked off on Tuesday evening. There were many debutants in the Hale team, with Matilda, Mariam, and Elle from Year 4, Iqra from Year 5, and Bilguissa and Molly from Year 6 making their bows. The girls' energy and skill more than made up for their lack of experience, and with Francesca, Sofia and Georgia providing great leadership, we played very creditably in all 4 games.

The results were:

Altrincham C of E      0 - 1    Hale Prep

Park Rd                       2 – 0    Hale Prep

Elmridge                     0 - 2    Hale Prep

Bollin                           1 - 0    Hale Prep

Thanks to all the parents who came along and to Mr Cunningham for refereeing.

The next round of fixtures is on Tuesday 13th October, again at Timperley Sports Club.
