A sample menu is given below.  Dishes are prepared in the school kitchen using seasonal produce and local suppliers.  Menus are decided in advance and on occasion may have to be changed if an ingredient is unavailable.  Where possible, a copy of the week's menu is displayed in the school notice board at the beginning of each week.
